2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on Betsson, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.

You must provide accurate details at registration, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Betsson may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification.

• Providing false information during registration will result in permanent account closure.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betsson offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its associated terms.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet a wagering requirement before being converted to cash. Under Betsson's terms and conditions, the wagering requirement is typically 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Betsson supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, first-time withdrawals or large amounts may take longer due to verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

7Account Closure & Suspension

• Any valid balance will be returned prior to account closure.
